I personally would not want to have it. The less you are under the knive, the better. Also, the gains for the fight agaisnt HIV/AIDS are contested.
I am not sure myslef how HIV/AIDs could be tackled. It is true that this should involve government, citizen and public initiatives as much as possible, but humankind still needs a medical cure after all. This is what we shouldn't forget.
