*Sometimes it is necessary to cancel a scheduled course. If a class is cancelled by ADOA Experts, the prepaid tuition will be returned. If the class is cancelled by the student or agency, the prepaid tuition is retained until the participant or employer informs ADOA to either:

  1. Refund the money or return the paperwork.
  2. Transfer the money or paperwork toward tuition for another scheduled course for the same person.
  3. Transfer the money or paperwork toward tuition for another scheduled course for another person.

If a participant wishes to cancel a course, the cancellation must be received 14 business days prior to the delivery of the class. A refund cannot be guaranteed beyond this date (unless there is a emergency). ADOA may elect to allow the student to take the class at a later date.
