Refill T-mobile flex account via a text message

How do i refill my tmobile account through a text?

To refill a t-mobile flex account using a text message or SMS without having to log into T-mobile’s site, you can directly send a text to 7777. The body of the message needs to contain the amount (in dollars) you want to credit to your account followed by the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card that you’ve used (last? or) atleast once online to refill that same number’s account in the past.

For example, if my credit card number is 1234 5566 1234 5678, and I want to add $10 to my T-mobile flex account using a text message I should send the following sms to 7777:

10 5678

You should receive a text reply from T-mobile (456) confirming the transaction right away.

THANK YOU! i've been struggling on the T-Mobile site for almost an hour trying to refill my flex account and get a simple task finished but it was IMPOSSIBLE. I can't stand thier service and website.
But you made this easy! Thanks again.

Thank you so much for the 7777 number. Like the OP, I read the instructions that says to "simply" text the dollar amount and last 4 digits of the cc, but it fails to tell us the number to text to. What a major fail! Searching on T-mobile's website is absolutely a waste of time.

Like everyone else the tmobile site neglected to say what number to send the refill request to. Thanks!

Yup...T-mobile website search can't find any references of 7777 on it's own (just checked). And neither did any of the support staff when my wife spent over an hour on the phone with them to figure out why the "auto refill" we had set up (and yes, they confirmed we had correctly set it up) failed. Phone service was blocked all day. Using 7777 resurrected the service in < 3 minutes.

What a lifesaver! The recharge sequence when calling *233 is sooooo long and complicated! I spend at least 2-3 minutes every single time, even though I already know what to press...
