Emory Mojave Cruiser Bicycles

The Emory "Mojave" is the original Beach Cruiser first produced in 1976. It is a classic in every sense of the word. It's signature "double bar" construction is unique and readily identifies the owner as one who appreciates fine American designed and American manufactured Cruisers.

Over the years we have incresed the durability of the original design by adopting silicone bronze as the prefered method of joining the frame tubes together. It is over twice as strong as our previous method of MIG welding with steel wire and nearly three times stronger than brazing with brass. In addition we are able to "hand grind" the fillets for the smoothest finish ever.

We still shot peen every Emory frame and fork before painting for stress relief. In addition to increasing the strength of the welds by 3 times (which allows us to provide you with our unique ten year garantee against defects in workmanship on the frame and fork - the garantee goes with the bike not the owner) it also provides an excellent surface for the paint to adhere to. And speaking of paint we utilize the finest automotive grade paint some of which costs as much as $ 100.00 a gallon.
