neasporin might give you more acne go to the skin dotor they will help
if you really want to heal it fast you can ask your doctor for a Rx form of neosporin which will work much better and wont cause excess oil like the normal neosporin will and for me this works in 2-3 days and you dont have to deal with a sticky mess -- the rx is called clindamycin phosphate and it comes in a gel that dries clear so you can use it during the day and not look like a freak

keep putting that cream on and all clean it everyday maybe twice a day with alcohol, let it dry off and stuff and put then cream on.
there fresh and u take care of them should be gone by friday...

it should take 3 days maximum...but if you have a poor diet or a lack of nutrients in your body, your skin will heal much slower....
