I understand that the IRS is contemplating additional reporting requirements for US citizens residing overseas.

I also understand that the US government is interested in feedback on the the proposed Form 8938 reporting requirement.

 

If the above is correct, would you kindly email me the draft form and advise to whom I should address my feedback.

 

I would also like to know by what date this should be completed.
