For large orders such as 24 boxes or more of an item, please contact us directly epidemiosearch@yahoo.com. A volume discount is applicable on such orders. Do not forget to include the following information in your letter:

Full Name, Postal Address, Phone Number, and Name of the Product(s).

We accept certified cheques and money orders in $US Dollars payable to: Epidemio-Search Inc.

To select a different item and add it to the cart, please click on "Continue Shopping" to return to the Order Page and select another item from Drop down Menu. When finished shopping, please select your method of payment and complete the respective forms as required.
