Our client, a supplier of industry-leading aesthetic dermatology products, is now looking for an experienced sales person to develop the territory in and around Manchester.

Your role

Your role will be to promote and sell facial aesthetics products to clinics, hospitals, dental practices and independent practitioners, winning new business in your region, and increasing sales from current clients.

You will use your knowledge of the industry and your extensive sales experience to hit sales targets, and use your relationship building and customer service skills to retain and develop existing accounts.

As account manager for your clients, you will provide education and support on product use and patient management, and will coordinate training days to ensure that product training is delivered successfully.

You will be based out in the field but will report regularly to management and will attend company meetings as required. You will also attend trade shows and exhibitions with your team.

The skills and experience you will need for this role

You must have business-to-business field sales experience, with a proven record of success. You must have sales experience gained from the aesthetic medicine industry, or a similar field, and have good knowledge of cosmetic treatments.

You will need to have superb presentation skills, and a good understanding of medical technology. You will also need to have a warm personality and be skilled at relationship building, as you will need to understand your customers and develop close working relationships.

Our client, a leading supplier of energy-based aesthetic devices, is looking for an Account Manager. Whilst the territory is the South of England, the successful candidate will need to be a commutable distance from London.

Your role.

This field-based role will be visiting Medical Aesthetic Clinics throughout the south of England. Your responsibility will be to build a relationship with accounts offering them advice on marketing, advertising and in house sales techniques. The client will feel you are their trusted advisor in making the most out of their devices.

You will need to have outstanding analytical skills as you’ll be creating pricing and packaging structures for your clients.

Your role will include events and marketing. This will entail creating content through digital and print channels, as well as putting together launch days for clients.

You will be target driven, with the ability to upsell to new aesthetic devices.

Your Role:

You will use your knowledge of the aesthetic medicine marketplace to develop strategies to onboard new business and maintain those clients through account management. This position will report directly into the local Commercial Director and will include leading the Account Management team (South).

You and your team will manage the sales process from researching potential customers through to order processing, and subsequent customer service. You will be responsible for managing your own sales plan and providing reports to the Commercial Director.
