The cyclefit program is a great program for anyone! Whether you just want to get fit or improve your bike split in a triathlon, this course will do it. It is fun an can be tailored to suit anyone's training needs.
I have participated in cyclefit for the past 3 seasons and Melissa and Lisa have taught me to spin much more effectively and with less effort. I have just finished my fifth Ironman Canada and improved my bike split by 20 minutes and felt so fresh coming off the bike portion that this helped me to race a personal best.
