WHAT DO THEY KNOW? - Questionnaire

What do parents/guardians know about their children's online activities? You must carry out a survey of at least 15 parents/guardians and use your findings to produce e-safety guidance.

Create a questionnaire using these instructions.

Make sure that the data you collect can be analysed in a spreadsheet.

Your questionnaire should be:

• clear and easy to complete

• suitable for printing

Ask for feedback from your test buddy and other test users. Make changes if necessary.

Save your questionnaire in your ESAFETY folder.

Carry out your survey.

Update your ongoing plan.
