TERMS OF INSERTION

1. ZURIGAY decides about the acceptance of an entry. We reserve the right to decline ads or locations without indication of reasons.
2. Texts and descriptions must reflect the true conditions and should not raise wrong hopes. The editorial staff can cut back commercial language and superlatives and shorten texts to fit the layout.
3. Every entry can be competed with a comment of ours (2nd page, italicised). We always appeal for a fair description but every editor is free to write his impressions.
4. All advertisers are responsible for the content of the linked pages. ZURIGAY is not liable for the content of any linked page.
5. Pictures must be delivered in JPG format and can be cropped, resized and compressed.
6. Logos must be delivered in vector format (Flash SWF or compatible AI, PDF, EPS).
7. Additional picture editing or changes during runtime will be charged on a time basis.
8. Typos and program errors that do not change the sense or advertising effect substantially do not entitle to any allowance. Temporary server brakedowns or unreachability of the website do not entitle to any damages. Underdelivery can be compensated with other ad space. There is no refund after the ad is started.
