tomorrow's books: selected by Anthony Gardner
As editor of The Royal Society of Literature Review, I am sometimes lucky enough to hear about enthralling new work which has not yet been seen by its future publisher, let alone appeared in the shops. The object of this website is to display extracts from such books long before the marketing conveyor-belt delivers them to the world at large. The books belong to a variety of genres, but all have one thing in common: they are produced by writers and/or artists of proven ability in whose work I have a deep-seated faith. The site also includes news of current and forthcoming books, and reviews of some of the most interesting fiction of recent years.
