Bruegala: A Festival of Beer

Brüegala 2023: Camp Brüegala

Brüegala is a beer festival held annually in Bloomington, Illinois. Attendees can sample hundreds of beer varieties from brewers across the globe. In addition to international brews, Brüegala offers a wide selection of locally handcrafted beer, supplied and hand-served by local microbreweries and home brewers.

Each year, all Brüegala proceeds are raised in the name of predesignated charities.

Community Involvement

One of the core purposes of the B-N Jaycees is to deliver continuous support for our local community. Through a wide array of events and fundraisers, we provide services and raise donations for non-profits and worthy causes.

Leadership Training

Our chapter is completely member-ran. Every year, members are elected to the Board of Directors. For that year, those board members are fully responsible for the growth and stability of the chapter.

Every B-N Jaycees project also requires members to work as event managers. Between serving as board members and event managers, members grow valuable leadership skills by ensuring that our chapter and our projects continue to be a positive and relevant force in our community.

Social Fun

While our focus is always community involvement and leadership training, we are young adults who like to have fun too! Most of our community projects are followed up with a celebration, where members meet for food and spirits. We also meet up and see ballgames, go bar-hopping, or just hang out at one of our member’s homes.
