INSIDE THE ICONIC GLASS HOUSE (2023)
If you haven’t had an opportunity to explore this building in person, there are several films which allow us to visit it remotely. This video from Open Space introduces us to the house and grounds, and gives some context and background on Philip Johnson, who, prior to designing it, had made a career change in his 30’s to begin studying architecture. Another film which nicely illustrates the property is GLASS HOUSE (2019), in which photographer David McCabe revisits it, and talks about the images he took there of Andy Warhol.
