Join managers and supervisors in a weekly confidential cohort.  Participants receive support and insight into their workplace dilemmas and utilize the case study model in an interactive and participatory process. 
This 10-session course uses the book:  Conflict Management in the Workplace: How to manage disagreements and develop trust and understanding by Shay and Margaret McConnon.

This course is designed for those seeking new approaches to workplace, relationship, family, community and professional conflicts.  Those planning to become mediators, conflict coaches and facilitators should take this course as preparation.  Each session can be attended independently.
