All work is done timely and skillfully. Clients are kept informed at various stages by copies of relevant correspondence, documents, and pleadings that we produce, send, or receive on their behalf. Telephone calls are answered as promptly as possible. Information given by clients is held in strict confidence. Our goal is to see that clients receive quality legal services.
Fees and Cost
Fees are Set Before Work is Done
I charge a reasonable fee. In most cases I can quote a fixed set fee for the service to be rendered. My fee is based on the amount of time spent, the complexity of the case, skill required, and similar factors. The fee will be discussed and agreed to in writing before work starts. Personal injury and similar cases are accepted on a contingency fee basis.
