We are pleased to announce that starting December 1, 2021, the daily business operations of Instruments & Thermal Products, Inc. will be handled by W. H. Cooke Co. of Hanover, PA. Our priority has been to provide you, our customers, with the best possible products and service. W. H. Cooke Co is the company we have asked to continue this tradition.

They manufacture thermocouples, RTD's, and thermistors and sell instrumentation and controls for temperature, pressure, level, flow, pH, RH, flame and gas detection and heaters for almost any application. They carry chart recorders, chart paper and pens as well as paperless recorders, data loggers, pumps, valves, and motors, industrial oils, solvents, lubricants, and PPE. What to expect: existing open orders placed with Instruments & Thermal Products, Inc. before December 1st and shipped by December 31st will be invoiced by Instruments & Thermal Products, Inc. and payments should be made as always to ITP.
Starting December 1st, new business transactions will be processed by W. H. Cooke Co. ITP phone, fax and emails addresses will remain unchanged for your convenience. All orders placed with W. H. Cooke Co. will be invoiced by them and payments should be made to W. H. Cooke Co. Most technical questions and product support will be handled by W. H. Cooke Co. Complete system and special design needs will be addressed by W. H. Cooke Co. with Bob Long assisting on an as needed basis.
