Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 83. We are a boy-led troop located in Rochester, MN, and meet monthly on Sunday evenings during the school year at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. Troop 83 has an activities program consisting of monthly outdoor events, merit badge classes, rank advancement, an annual summer camp, and a high adventure camp.
