The CTC offers inpatient, short-term, Crisis Stabilization and Medical Detoxification for adults in need of medically-monitored, supervised interventions during this process.

How we help

Our goal is to aid the individual in stabilizing their crisis and reaching their highest potential. Well Care’s goal is to ensure that participants have a positive experience, while attaining their personal goals and sustaining them over time.

  • Intensive interventions including therapeutic engagement, medication/pharmaceutical interventions, and symptom management, while under the supervision of our clinical team, 24-hours per day.

 

  • Education and coping skill development, supportive services and a safe environment for those diverted from the local Emergency Departments.

 

  • Connection to resources for ongoing therapeutic support and counseling, housing and transportation, once stabilized.
  • Supervised medically-assisted detoxification from alcohol, opiates and other illicit and prescribed drugs being used and abused, and interfering with the individual’s ability to maintain optimal functioning in society.

 

  • Induction of MAT (medically-assisted treatments) including the use of Suboxone, Subutex, (Buprenorphine), Naloxone and Naltrexone, Vivitrol and others to aid in the safe detoxification of the patients served.

 

  • Protocols available for safe detoxification from alcohol, with the use of medication to reduce the potential for seizures during this time.

 

  • Protocol for detoxification of pregnant women, under the supervision of our Medical Director.
