Park Place, planned unit development, was built in 1974-75 by the Boyer company. It contains 143 town home units plus a clubhouse, and is built on slightly less than 19 acres, giving the complex a spaciousness and park-like appearance that are almost unique for such complexes in the Salt Lake Valley.
