The Lubbock Fire Department will be accepting applications from February 27th - March 23rd 2012 with the written exam being administered May 7th. As a minimum applicants must posess a TCFP Basic Structural Firefighter Certificate and be an EMT-Basic at the time of application. On April 5th, the Ontario government announced its $3.18 million investment in the Ontario Immediate Family Wellness Program. This program is aimed at supporting the families of first responders who are killed in the line of duty or have died by suicide.
